2025 ISCL Scientific & Business Meeting

Join us for the 2025 ISCL Annual Scientific & Business Meeting!

This year the meeting is being held as an Ancillary Meeting at the 18th International Conference on Malignant Lymphoma (18-ICML), which runs from June 17-21, 2025.

The ISCL Meeting will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2025, from 8:00AM-4:00PM. The meeting will be held both in-person in Lugano and will also be livestreamed. In addition, the meeting will be recorded and posted in the Members Only section of the ISCL website.  Only ISCL members will have access to the recording.

Registration:

Registration is available for both in-person meeting attendance and livestream access. The meeting is open to ISCL members and non-members. Click on the link above to register. 

Please note the following important information: 

• There is a capacity limit of 70 attendees for the in-person meeting. Registration for the in-person meeting is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. 

• In-person attendees of the ISCL 2025 Scientific Meeting are required to register for the 18-ICML. ISCL members can register for the full ICML meeting at the ICML website, or can choose to attend only the Friday and Saturday days of the ICML at the special reduced price of CHF 250 (offer open only to ISCL meeting attendees). Please email emiddag@cutaneouslymphoma.org if you would like to register for the ICML at the special reduced price. Further instructions to register will then be sent to you. 

• Members intending to attend the ISCL Meeting are advised to book accommodation ASAP as there are a limited number of hotel rooms in Lugano. Accommodation for 4 nights or more can be booked via the official ICML travel partner, Amiconi Consulting SA. Details can be found on the ICML website. Accommodation for less than 4 nights must be booked privately.

• ISCL Members who are only interested in the recording do not need to register.  All ISCL members have access to the Members Only section in the ISCL website where the recording will be posted.  Non-members do not receive access to the recording.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Registration fee for in-person attendance will be refunded upon written notice of cancellation to the ISCL headquarters office on or before May 29, 2025.

Registration fee for livestream attendance will be refunded upon written notice of cancellation to the ISCL headquarters office on or before June 12, 2025.

Phone cancellations will not be accepted. Registrants assume full responsibility for notification to and verification of receipt by ISCL. Please email your cancellation request to info@cutaneouslymphoma.org. Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, flight/transportation cancellations, unattended events, or early departure. In the rare event of a meeting cancellation, ISCL is not responsible for nor will provide refunds for travel, airfare, hotel, or transportation costs incurred by the registered attendee. It is recommended the registrant for in-person meeting attendance purchase independent travel insurance.
